The Advanced Certificate of Master Esthetician is developed to provide Estheticians with the underpinning knowledge and skills to perform advanced dermal therapies.With the rapid development of new cosmetic procedures and equipment, there has become a strong need to develop a non-biased, generic training system, which qualifies professionals specifically for this field.The Advanced Certificate of Master Esthetician is the most comprehensive training program for Estheticians available in Virginia.
Experienced lecturers and highly trained professionals in cosmetic medicine and dermal therapy deliver the course content. Practical workshops take place at a fully equipped Lab to facilitate skills development in a clinical setting. And outside workshops are also offered by our partners.

Course Objectives

• To establish a specific and professional role for the Dermal Therapist in the Esthetics field.
• To develop a high level of theoretical knowledge of cosmetic medicine and dermal therapy skills.
• To provide our students with the training and state-of-the-art equipment to develop exceptional practical skills in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Exfoliation, Lymphatic Drainage and patient care.
• To provide our graduates with the knowledge and skills to work within a cosmetic or beauty practice or establish their own practice
• To establish high national standards for the practice of dermal therapy.
